The reason I like this children's book is that many moral lessons can be drawn from the stories of the book to teach our kids. The story of David fights with Goliath, for an example, teaches children to be brave when encounter challenges. Many problems ultimately could be solved if we had the courage and faith like David.
Wong, That is a great book you selected. I have one very similar that I have used for Sunday School. Mine has some great stories to share with children on many level and about many different experiences. Thank you for sharing. Also, I might add that the picture below of your daughter is a prize-winning photo. She is quite adorable.
ReplyDeleteHello Wong, Famous Bible characters are still great role models today as when I was a child. Character like Joseph the dreamer inspired my childhood.
ReplyDeleteIn addition lessons from the bible characters are a strong support to teaching values like obedience, honesty, etc.
